I am writing to express my concerns regarding the increasing **prevalence (প্রচলন)** of **corruption (দুর্নীতি)** in India. This issue has become a major **obstacle (বাধা)** to our nation's progress. Corruption affects all sectors, from politics and business to education and healthcare, **undermining (দুর্বল করা)** the development and **prosperity (সমৃদ্ধি)** of the country.
Corruption not only **harms (ক্ষতি করে)** the economy but also damages the moral **fabric (গঠন)** of society. It prevents fair access to resources, limits opportunities for the **underprivileged (বঞ্চিত)**, and creates a divide between the rich and the poor. Despite various government **initiatives (উদ্যোগ)** and anti-corruption laws, this **menace (বিপদ)** continues to **thrive (সমৃদ্ধি লাভ করা)**, making it crucial for strict measures to be implemented.
To **combat (প্রতিরোধ)** corruption effectively, it is essential to promote **transparency (স্বচ্ছতা)** in all sectors and encourage **accountability (জবাবদিহিতা)** among public officials. The involvement of citizens in reporting corrupt practices and demanding honest governance can also lead to a more just and **equitable (ন্যায়সঙ্গত)** society.
I urge the media to play a more active role in spreading awareness about the negative impacts of corruption and how we can collectively work towards **eradicating (উচ্ছেদ)** it.

দুর্নীতি শুধুমাত্র অর্থনীতির **ক্ষতি করে (harms)** না, এটি সমাজের নৈতিক **গঠন (fabric)** নষ্ট করে দেয়। এটি ন্যায্য সম্পদের প্রবেশাধিকার রোধ করে, দরিদ্রদের জন্য সুযোগ সীমিত করে এবং ধনী ও **বঞ্চিতদের (underprivileged)** মধ্যে বিভেদ তৈরি করে। সরকারী **উদ্যোগ (initiatives)** এবং দুর্নীতি বিরোধী আইন সত্ত্বেও, এই **বিপদ (menace)** বাড়ছে, তাই কঠোর পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করা জরুরি।
দুর্নীতি **প্রতিরোধ (combat)** করতে, সমস্ত ক্ষেত্রে স্বচ্ছতা প্রচার করা এবং সরকারি কর্মকর্তাদের **জবাবদিহিতা (accountability)** নিশ্চিত করা অত্যন্ত প্রয়োজনীয়। নাগরিকদের দুর্নীতি রিপোর্ট করার এবং সৎ শাসনের দাবি তোলার মাধ্যমে আমরা একটি ন্যায্য সমাজ গড়ে তুলতে পারি।
আমি মিডিয়াকে অনুরোধ করছি যে, দুর্নীতির ক্ষতিকর প্রভাব এবং এটি কীভাবে নির্মূল করা যায় তা সম্পর্কে আরও সচেতনতা তৈরি করতে সক্রিয় ভূমিকা পালন করুন।
