Dear Sir,
I am writing to express my thoughts on the need for education to move beyond the four walls of the classroom. While traditional education lays a foundation for knowledge, real learning happens when students experience and apply what they learn in real life.
**Experiential learning (অভিজ্ঞতামূলক শিক্ষা)**, field trips, and internships help students to understand complex topics in a practical context. This holistic approach not only **enhances (উন্নতি ঘটায়)** their understanding but also develops critical thinking and problem-solving skills, which are crucial for today’s world.
Additionally, skills such as **empathy (সহানুভূতি)**, teamwork, leadership, and creativity are developed when students interact with their community or work on real-world projects. These **attributes (গুণাবলী)** are essential for developing well-rounded individuals who can contribute positively to society.
Therefore, I urge educational institutions to **incorporate (অন্তর্ভুক্ত করা)** more practical learning opportunities and ensure students are prepared not only academically but also in life skills. The future of education must be dynamic, inclusive, and relevant to the needs of society.

আমি শ্রেণীকক্ষের বাইরে শিক্ষার প্রয়োজনীয়তা সম্পর্কে আমার মতামত প্রকাশ করতে চাই। ঐতিহ্যবাহী শিক্ষা আমাদের জ্ঞানের ভিত্তি তৈরি করে, তবে বাস্তব জীবনে শিক্ষার্থীরা তাদের শেখা বিষয়গুলি প্রয়োগ করার সময় প্রকৃত শিক্ষালাভ ঘটে।
**অভিজ্ঞতামূলক শিক্ষা**, ক্ষেত্রভ্রমণ এবং ইন্টার্নশিপ শিক্ষার্থীদের জটিল বিষয়গুলি ব্যবহারিক প্রসঙ্গে বুঝতে সাহায্য করে। এই সামগ্রিক পদ্ধতি তাদের বোঝাপড়া বাড়ায় এবং একই সাথে আজকের বিশ্বের জন্য গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সমালোচনামূলক চিন্তাভাবনা এবং সমস্যা সমাধানের দক্ষতা তৈরি করে।
তদুপরি, যখন শিক্ষার্থীরা তাদের সম্প্রদায়ের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে বা বাস্তব জীবনের প্রকল্পগুলিতে কাজ করে তখন **সহানুভূতি (empathy)**, দলগত কাজ, নেতৃত্ব এবং সৃজনশীলতা সহ দক্ষতা তৈরি হয়। এই **গুণাবলী (attributes)** একজন শিক্ষার্থীকে সমাজে ইতিবাচক অবদান রাখতে সক্ষম করে তোলে।
তাই আমি শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠানগুলিকে শিক্ষার্থীদের জীবনমুখী শিক্ষার সুযোগের সাথে **অন্তর্ভুক্ত (incorporate)** করার অনুরোধ জানাচ্ছি। ভবিষ্যতের শিক্ষা অবশ্যই গতিশীল, অন্তর্ভুক্তিমূলক এবং সমাজের চাহিদার সাথে সম্পর্কিত হওয়া উচিত।
