This trend is alarming as it not only drains our nation of talent (প্রতিভা) but also hampers (বাধা দেয়) our progress. The primary reasons for this situation include inadequate (অপর্যাপ্ত) educational infrastructure, limited job opportunities, and the allure (আকর্ষণ) of foreign institutions. To address this issue, I suggest that our government invest more in higher education (উচ্চ শিক্ষা) and enhance (বাড়ানো) job prospects for graduates. Implementing (বাস্তবায়ন) scholarship programs and offering attractive packages can motivate students to remain in the country. Additionally, fostering (প্রেরণা দেওয়া) an environment that promotes (প্রচার করা) research and innovation (উদ্ভাবন) will encourage young minds to contribute to our nation’s development.
